This exercise is for consciousness.

What you need: 2 radios and a clock

Should you chose to practice this, it should help with concentration, tuning into situations, and awareness.

1st look at clock
2nd turn radios on at same time
3rd tune radios into same station and volume
4th then variate the volumes
5th focus in on the quitter station
6th look at clock
7th mark down on a piece of paper any thoughts and anything you noticed
8th try same situation but focus in on the louder radio
9th again jot down any thoughts or feelings you noticed or differences than before.
10th next set back stations to the same voume
11th look at clock time yourself for 2 minutes
12th switch one of the radios to a different station
13th this is a little harder to concentrate
14th pay attention to preferred radio
15th since this one is harder try tuneing into a couple different station and try different volumes now that you have the jist of it.

After you practice lay down and meditate clear your mind and wash away scattered thoughts.

After meditating write down how you felt during the exercise. Write down results.

Feedback wanted!
