I usually get a least nine hours a sleep at night time, varying the day and the previous day. My sleep patterns are not regular or are do I have a sleep schedule. Sometimes I go to sleep at 8:00, 12:00, or I stay up all night.

When I go to sleep around 8:00 of course I wake up early. I get really rested these nights. If I decide to stay up to midnight or later I usually astral project. Astral projection is a conscious sleep in the astral realm, leaving the sleeping body. Astral projection almost feels like your soul is trying to escape. This is a gift I indulge in almost every night. I believe this happens to me because my body triggers this gift due to exherting my body, and my mind takes itself to the next limit.

When I stay up all night I'm tired of course and I am in a manic mode. I end up crashing the next day at around 4:00. These days I sometimes have bad dreams. Not sure why this happens to me. But the next couple days I end up back on schedule.

When I wake I am really tired. I throw myself in the shower as soon as I wake up. Usually feeling like physically passing out while I bathe. I am medicated for sleep issues. If I take them it comforts the bad dreams. My day has schedules which make up my sleeping patterns.

Before sleep my mind tries to clear, this gives me a chance to have a meditation before I go under sleep. If I have a good meditation I am able to self stimulate a actual astral session. That next morning I feel special with my talent.

Dear Tink;

Sorry for the year late response or so. It's good to know that someone else still practices, I'm hopeful that you're still going strong with this. Please continue to do better as only with that can you truly become better. Good luck in your travels.

Dan
